Kristiansund kommune v/ Eiendomsdrift skal etablere et nybygg med personalbase og 2boliger for personer med funksjonsnedsettelse som mottar tjenester fra enhet bo oghabilitering i Kristiansund kommune.Tiltaket er plassert tilbaketrukket fra eksisterende aktivitetshus (Bekkefaret 13) og boliger(Bekkefaret 14 og 16) for å bevare mest mulig av grønt-/parkområdet mellom Bekkefaret 13og Bekkefaret 14/16. Boligene har henvendelse mot sør og vest, mens personaldelen liggersom en “rygg” mot ABC-veien i nord.Tiltaket har to innganger.Boligene har egne uteplasser som er tenkt skjermet med vegetasjonBoligene har skråtak for å tilpasses eksisterende bygningers takform (jf. Reguleringsbestemmelsene),mens personalbasen som ligger i bakkant har flatt tak for å fremhevesmåhus-preget.Prosjektet omfatter i hovedsak alle arbeider i tilknytning til:- Nytt bygg med to boliger og personalbase med garderober- Bygningsmessige arbeider- Vvs- og elektrotekniske arbeider inkl. ekom og automatisering- UtomhusarbeiderTilbudet skal gis på grunnlag av etterfølgende beskrivelse og vedlagt prosjektdokumenter,samt på grunnlag av entreprenørens egne vurderinger, viser til II.00 Dokumentoversiktkonkurransegrunnlag.
