(v) Updated Section L-2.3, Part II.c recency standard to "have at least one day of performance within the last five (5) years." (w) Update Clause 52.216-18 to state "Such orders may be issued from June 27 2026 through December 26, 2032". (x) Update Clause 52.228-1(c) to state "The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less." All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
