The Federal Emergency Management Agency has a requirement for contractor-provided janitorial services at FEMA’s Las Vegas Branch Office in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Services will be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from November 17, 2026, through March 16, 2027. Required tasks include twice-daily trash removal, restroom and kitchen cleaning, supply replenishment, floor and carpet care, high-touch surface disinfection, and interior and entry-door glass cleaning. Weekly services include detailed stain removal, glass cleaning, and cleaning of baseboards, corners, and other accessible surfaces. A complete deep cleaning, including carpet extraction, is required at the end of the period of performance. The contractor must maintain quality control, promptly correct deficiencies, comply with facility-access and security procedures, and ensure all personnel complete FEMA vetting requirements before beginning work.
