Predmet pogodbe je izvedba geotehničnih in hidrogeoloških raziskav za predvideno stanovanjsko sosesko po OPPN TA 3 – C v Mariboru, ki so razdeljene na sledeče faze:  1. faza: Pregled obstoječe dokumentacije in javnih evidenc;  2. faza: Predhodna preiskava in organizacija spremljave glede prisotnosti NUS;  3. faza: Inženirsko – geološko in hidrogeološko kartiranje območja;  4. faza: Izvedba geofizikalnih preiskav;  5. faza: določitev oziroma potrditev natančnih lokacij vrtin, piezometrov in sondažnih razkopov na podlagi rezultatov kartiranja in geofizike;  6. faza: izvedba vrtin, piezometrov, sondažnih razkopov, terenskih meritev in vzorčenja;  7. faza: laboratorijske preiskave, interpretacija rezultatov in izdelava poročil ter predaja dokumentacije v recenzijo;  8. faza: popravki po recenziji;  9. faza: monitoring gladine podzemne vode.
