L’objet du présent appel d’offres consiste à retenir les services d’un fournisseur pour le maintien de la circulation et la signalisation temporaire requise lors de travaux d’infrastructure, principalement en milieu urbain, sur le territoire de la Ville de Québec. Les services visés par le présent appel d‘offres concernent uniquement des interventions temporaires, sans implantation permanente de dispositifs de signalisation. Les travaux doivent être exécutés conformément aux exigences des normes du ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD), telles que décrites au tome V des Ouvrages routiers – Signalisation routière de la collection Normes – Ouvrages routiers. Le présent appel d'offres comprend deux lots :
