Current ATM View - RFT-2026-0154 Interpreter and Translation Services The Federal Court of Australia (FCA Entity) is establishing a panel of service providers to provide interpretation services and translation services. Please refer to tender documentation for further details. The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not provide a completed Annex B - Deed of Confidentiality. The Customer will a) National organisational presence; b) Capability to provide online and in person service delivery; and c) Required Accreditations. For a Potential Supplier’s Response to be eligible for further consideration, in addition to the matters addressed in D.B.4.2 of the Commonwealth DoSO ATM Terms, the Potential Supplier’s Response must Limit tender responses to 15 pages, not including pricing schedule or plans. Any tender responses that exceed the page limit defined above will have all pages beyond this limit set aside from consideration. Deed of Standing Offer to be established for an initial period 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2029 with one extension option period of two years. Contracts to be established under the Deed of Standing Offer for a period of two years from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2029. www.tenders.gov.au
