Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere to rammeavtaler som skal sikre god og dokumenterbar internkontroll EL, og dekke kommunens supplerende behov for elektrotjenester inkl. materiell utover bruk av egen arbeidskraft. Vi skal ha ulike leverandører på disse to tjenesteområdene.Avtalen skal sikre stabilitet og kvalitet i tjenesteytingen gjennom å øke kapasiteten og kompetansen på denne type tjenester. Kommunen søker derfor avtaleparter som er effektive og kompetente, med positive samarbeidsegenskaper.Leverandøren skal sikre kommunens dokumentasjon via digital loggføring. Kommunen bruker Facilit FDVU. Avrop på tjenester, materiell til forvaltning, drift og vedlikehold av eiendom, bygg og anlegg skjer ved bruk av denne elektroniske løsningen.Kontraktens varighet er 2 år med rett til forlengelse i 1+1 år. Konkurransens verdi anslås til henholdsvis kr 14 millioner for delkontrakt 1, drift og vedlikehold, med en maksimal verdi på kr 15,1 millioner. Og kr 1,8 millioner, med en maksimal verdi på kr 2,3 millioner over fire år for delkontrakt 2, internkontroll. Behovet vil kunne bli større eller mindre i kontraktsperioden, f.eks. som følge av at kommunen erverver nye eller avhender bygninger. For det tilfelle at innkjøpet defineres som prosjekt, står kommunen fritt til å be om tilbud hos flere leverandører. Dette vil gjelde både sterk- og svakstrøms-installasjoner. Fullstendig beskrivelse av leveransen følger av kontraktsutkastene til hver av de to delkontraktene.
