I/We refer to the tender notice issued by you for Interior Furnishing Works in connec- tion with the above-mentioned work. 2. I/We undertake to submit, in hard copy, the tender document along with all the Terms & Conditions, Specifications, subsequent Annexures and Corrigenda, duly signed and stamped by the authorized representative/signatory, on becoming L-1. However, I/We accept all the Terms & Conditions along with the Specifications, Draw- ings, Layouts, etc., defined in the tender documents. 3. I/We hereby offer to perform, provide, execute, complete and maintain the works in conformity with the drawings, designs, conditions of contract, specifications and Schedule of Quantities relating to the works. 4. I/We have satisfied myself/ourselves as to the site conditions and have examined the drawings and all aspects of the tender conditions. Subject to the above, I/We do here- by agree that, should this tender be accepted in whole or in part, I/We shall: a. Abide by and fulfil all the terms and provisions of the said conditions annexed here- to. b. Work in two or three shifts, if considered necessary by the Employer/Consultants, at no extra cost to the Employer. 5. I/We have deposited the EMD as per the NIT, which I/We note will not bear any inter- est and is liable for forfeiture: I. If our offer is withdrawn within the validity period of acceptance by the Employer; or II. If the contract agreement is not executed by us within 3 days from the date of re- ceipt of the Letter of Acceptance; or III. If we fail to pay the Initial Security Deposit as stipulated; or IV. If the work is not commenced within 3 days after issue of the Work Order. 6. I/We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender you re- ceive. 7. The intending bidders shall be asked to quote their offers in terms of individual item- wise unit rate and amount for each item and the total cost of the project for which they are willing to execute the work. 8. The "Percentage Discount Offer", if any discount is provided by the Contractor, shall be uniformly applicable to each and every item, including all sections, sub-sections and sub-heads of the tender.
