Details

The Department of Defence (Defence) has an ongoing and increasing demand for data for Defence and National Security intelligence purposes. A key data element is what is commonly referred to as Intelligence Mission Data (IMD), which is used to support the reprogramming of military platforms and systems. Defence has a requirement to increase the pace and capacity of IMD production to support operational requirements now and scaling into the future including the ability to accommodate surge requirements in a conflict situation. In order to meet this demand Defence is seeking to engage industry to deliver the services at the right time to the standard required by the National Authority in a multi-party environment.

Tenderers may choose to respond to one or more IMD Types specified in the Detailed Service Descriptions which form schedules to the Draft Statement of Work (Part 3 of the RFT). Tenderers with suitable facilities may also provide a response to accommodate production personnel and possibly Commonwealth personnel within those facilities.
