Details

The Department of Home Affairs is seeking to re-establish the Job Roles Assessment and Services (JRAS) Panel through an open tender process. The new panel will replace the existing JRAS Panel arrangement, which is due to expire in 2027. The Department requires access to suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver a range of health-related assessment and associated services that support the health, wellbeing and fitness of the Home Affairs Portfolio workforce. These services assist the Department in assessing the suitability of candidates for particular roles and in ensuring existing workers continue to meet the health, fitness and wellbeing requirements of their roles. The procurement will seek providers capable of delivering services across one or more of the following Service Capabilities: - Medical and Fitness Assessments, including medical assessments and fitness testing. - Psychological and Psychometric Assessments. - Exposure to Abhorrent, Violent or Objectionable Materials Services, including wellbeing check programs, general monitoring services and specialist monitoring services. - Vaccinations and Communicable Disease Testing, including services to mitigate occupational infectious disease risks. The resulting panel will be established under a Deed of Standing Offer and is intended to provide the Department with a flexible arrangement through which services can be procured as required. Individual requirements will be engaged through Work Orders established under the panel arrangement. The procurement is being led by the Department of Home Affairs and will support the broader Home Affairs Portfolio, including the Australian Border Force (ABF). The resulting panel will also be available for use by other Commonwealth agencies.
