Details

FTA intends to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver integrated warehousing, transportation, handling, and digital seized goods management services under a five-year contract. Bidders are required to propose a complete end-to-end solution, including a Seized Goods Management System and any value-added services that enhance operational efficiency, control, safety, sustainability, and service quality. Please refer to the RFT document for full details. Important Notice: This tender will be conducted in two stages: (1) Technical Round and (2) Commercial Round. The current stage is the Technical Round only, and bidders must submit their technical proposals at this stage. Only technically qualified bidders will be invited to the Commercial Round, and the submission of any commercial proposal during the Technical Round will result in disqualification.
