The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite vendors to submit Technical and Financial information to provide Enterprise Project Management System(EPMS) standalone system which helps FTA improve visibility and control across varied portfolios, align with strategic priorities, and drive team collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget with a full documentation and reporting cycle that aligned with the Predictive, Adaptive and Hybrid project approaches as per the FTA ways of working.
