Oppdraget omfattar innsamling, handsaming og tøming av slam frå slamavskiljarar i Kvam herad som kjem inn under ordninga med septikrenovasjon. Tankane skal tømast ein gong kvart 2. år eller kvart 4. år og slammet skal transporterast til godkjent mottak.

Avtalen vil gjelda frå den datoen den er underteikna av partane (avtaledato). Avtalen kan seiast opp av Kunden med 6 (seks) månaders skriftleg varsel før avtaledato. Leverandøren kan seia opp avtalen med 12 (tolv) månaders skriftleg varsel før avtaledato.

Ved endring i marknadssituasjonen i løpet av avtaleperioden vil Kvam herad vurdera om det er grunnlag for utlysing av konkurranse.
