Details
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EoI) is to identify competent field-level implementation Service Provider (SP) for Telangana, to support the effective delivery of climate-resilient livelihood interventions under the Joint Programme (JP) on Migration, Agriculture and Climate Change. The SP will act as the primary field facilitation agency in Telangana responsible for mobilizing communities, facilitating capacity development, promoting climate-resilient livelihood models, strengthening producer institutions, and supporting the establishment of sustainable agri-enterprise and market systems in the selected project locations.
In order to qualify, the organizations intending to participate must meet the following requirements:
Not be currently suspended or debarred by FAO, any other UN organization, the EU or the World Bank.
Willing to provide an explicit written acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to FAO Letters of Agreement
Willing to provide evidence of the legal status of your organisation to demonstrate the eligibility to enter into an agreement or contract with FAO, including the registration certificate with the relevant country authorities.
Administrative:
Willing to submit a copy of valid legal registration certificate of the bidder and all the other entities/firms in case of consortium, indicating the business premises/address, proving that a firm(s) is/are legally registered entity(ies).
Willing to submit a copy of independently audited financial statement for the past two (2) years to assess the financial stability, cash flow consistent with the services undertaken (full report, including Audit Opinion Letter). In the case of Consortiums, the document is required from each entity in the Consortium.
Technical:
At least three (3) years of experience in services, as spelled out in the Scope of Services.
Successful track record of designing, developing and delivering trainings and capacity building activities on agricultural development for rural communities and/ or successful track record of designing and implementing agricultural development interventions involving diverse stakeholders.
Experience in working in Telangana will be considered an advantage.
Experience working on migration-related projects would be considered an advantage.
