Riverbed Network Performance Management rendszer gyártói támogatás

Lots Lot 1 — Riverbed támogatás: A közbeszerzés tárgya a HungaroControl Zrt. Riverbed Network Performance Management rendszerének gyártói támogatásának biztosítása. A gyártói támogatást az alábbiak szerint kell nyújtani: a) A gyártói támogatásnak az alább részletezett HungaroControl tulajdonú termékekre vonatkozó gyártói támogatásra kell kiterjednie. b) A gyártói támogatásnak 2029.07.31-ig kell terjednie. c) A gyártói támogatásnak minimum a következő szintű szolgáltatást kell biztosítani: • Technikai support elérhetőség telefonon, mailben és weben • Szoftverfrissítések teljeskörű elérhetősége • Megelőlegezett hardvercsere hardverhiba esetén A szolgáltatást a gyártó hivatalos honlapján mindenkor elérhető támogatási feltételek szerint minden esetben az adott szolgáltatás gyártója nyújtja az Ajánlatkérő tulajdonát képező termékekre, azaz a szolgáltatás megvásárlása esetén Ajánlatkérő jogosulttá válik ezen termékekhez kapcsolódó gyártói szolgáltatás közvetlen gyártótól történő igénybevételére.
