Forsvarsmateriell (FMA) arbeider med planlegging av ny rammeavtale for kjøp av avisings- og antiisingsvæsker for luftfartøy, og viser til tidligere publisert markedsundersøkelse 2025042406 anskaffelse av Bulk-kjemikalier. I forkant av kunngjøring inviteres markedet til å gi innspill til utkast til konkurransegrunnlag. Formålet med høringen er å kvalitetssikre sentrale konkurranse- og kontraktselementer, og bidra til at konkurransen gir reell konkurranse, forutberegnelighet og hensiktsmessige løsninger. Konkurransen planlegges kunngjort i Q4 2026, men kan tentativt publiseres i medio/ultimo Q3 ved behov for tidligere avtaledekning. Tilbakemeldinger skal leveres skriftlig via kommunikasjonsmodulen i Mercell innen 03.09.2026 kl. 12:00. Tilbakemeldinger som mottas etter fristen vil også bli registrert, men leverandøren kan ikke påregne at disse blir tatt i betraktning i det videre arbeidet.
