Housing Property Management System

The Corporation is seeking a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution hosted in Canada. The proposed Property Management System must be built on a flexible platform that provides secure, anytime-anywhere access [SA1] for both internal staff and external users, including prospective tenants, applicants, and existing tenants, and this platform enables seamless integration with other enterprise IT applications, including but not limited to the corporate intranet, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Office suite, corporate document management system, and custom web applications. Given the potential nine-year lifecycle of this agreement, the proposed solution must demonstrate the ability to adapt to evolving technology requirements and support future integrations without requiring significant redevelopment, replacement of core components, or dependence on proprietary technologies. The Corporation prefers solutions that support REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integration, secure file transfer, and other industry-standard interoperability frameworks. The Proponent should also demonstrate a product roadmap and ongoing investment strategy that ensures the solution remains current, supported, secure, and compatible with emerging technologies throughout the term of the agreement. Additionally, the solution must provide a user-friendly, intuitive, and consistent interface to ensure ease of use and enhance the overall user experience across all functional areas, as outlined in Section 00 24 10, Scope of Services.
