As part of the Homes Victoria PMSC contract, BGIS is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors across the South Division (Inner Metro South, Dandenong,Frankston & Cheltenham, Morwell, Sale & Bairnsdale). Vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability:

  • Dandenong – 5,096 properties
  • Frankston & Cheltenham – 5,796 properties
  • Inner Metro South – 4,091 properties
  • Morwell – 2,978 properties
  • Sale & Bairnsdale – 1,331 properties

The package cover work related to:

General building and property maintenance including carpentry, doors and windows, flooring, walls and ceilings, tiling, glazing, cupboards, external works, locksmith, fencing and other associated building repairs.
