As part of the Homes Victoria PMSC contract, BGIS is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors across the South Division (Inner Metro South, Dandenong,Frankston & Cheltenham, Morwell, Sale & Bairnsdale). Vendors may price one or more of the following contract areas based on their coverage and capability:

• Dandenong – 5,096 properties

• Frankston & Cheltenham – 5,796 properties

• Inner Metro South – 4,091 properties

• Morwell – 2,978 properties

• Sale & Bairnsdale – 1,331 properties

The package cover work related to:

Cleaning and Waste Management Services - This work package covers following Cleaning and Waste management services in Internal and external common areas of multi dwelling buildings & estates - Sweeping and mopping floors, Cleaning lifts, Cleaning marks from walls etc & Emptying of rubbish and recycling bins in multi-dwelling buildings & estates not covered by municipal waste collection.
