Avtalen skal dekke Kundens behov for tilpassede hodesett til bruk ved operasjonssentraler. Det skal kunne leveres både trådløse- og trådbaserte hodesett, kompatible kabler og plugger, samt reservedeler og tilbehør til hodesettene.
Avtalen skal i tillegg dekke support, reparasjoner og vedlikehold, samt garanti.
Rammeavtalen dekker ikke hodesett som benyttes til mobiltelefon og PC. Rammeavtalen dekker heller ikke hodesett til sentralbord, systemapparater eller IP-apparater.
