This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12.2, “Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award,”  conjuction with procedures in RFO Part 15. FEMA Solicitation 70FB8026R00000020 is issued an a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government seeks an Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) Contract to provide qualified arbitrators to the Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon Claims Office.
