Voor de selectie bij onderhandse infrastructurele werken hanteert de gemeente Hengelo sinds 2020 een groslijstsystematiek. Vanwege ingebruikname van een nieuw tender- en selectiesysteem maken wij via deze weg kenbaar dat u zich kunt aanmelden voor één of meerdere groslijsten. Aanmelden kan uitsluitend via https://app.qfact.nl/login. Dit betreft een doorlopend proces zonder sluitingsdatum. Zodra een partij zich heeft aangemeld en door de aanbestedende dienst is toegelaten tot de groslijst kan deze meedingen naar onderhandse aanbestedingen. Een en ander volgens de 'Groslijstsystematiek selectie bij onderhandse infrastructurele werken Gemeente Hengelo'. Deze vindt u op www.hengelo.nl.

Voor elke nadere offerte-aanvraag zal via Qfact een aannemersselectie plaatsvinden. Via Mercell wordt een nadere offerte-aanvraag daadwerkelijk georganiseerd en uitgevoerd.
