Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια αναλωσίμων εκτυπωτών και φωτοτυπικών μηχανημάτων για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των Υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Αγρινίου για τα έτη 2027-2028, συνολικού ενδεικτικού προϋπολογισμού 252.040,94 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% Ο Δήμος δεν υποχρεούνται στην εξάντληση είτε των ποσοτήτων είτε της πίστωσης της σύμβασης αλλά έχει το δικαίωμα να απορροφά κατά τη διάρκειά της τις αναγκαίες ποσότητες εκ των ειδών σύμφωνα με τις κάθε φορά διαμορφούμενες ανάγκες του, χωρίς όμως να υπερβαίνει το συνολικό ποσό της σύμβασης. Ο Δήμος Αγρινίου, διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αλλάξει κάποιο από τα ανωτέρω είδη με άλλο ίσης αξίας σε περίπτωση καταστροφής ή προμήθειας νέου εκτυπωτή ή φωτοαντιγραφικού, τα οποία θα είναι συμβατά με τους νέους εκτυπωτές ή φωτοαντιγραφικά. Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 30125110-5, 30125120-8, 30192113-6 Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε δύο (2) έτη από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής του σχετικού συμφωνητικού ή μέχρι την εξάντληση του οικονομικού της αντικειμένου. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Α (υπ αριθ. 14/21-09-2026 Μελέτη του Τμήματος Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνιών της Δ/νσης Προγραμματισμού Οργάνωσης & Πληροφορικής. Οι προσφέροντες δύνανται να υποβάλουν προσφορά για μία ή και για τις δυο ομάδες, όπως αναγράφονται παρακάτω: 1. ΓΝΗΣΙΑ 2. ΣΥΜΒΑΤΑ ΣΥΝΟΛΟ ΣΥΝΟΛΟ 144.838,92€ 58.419,90€ 203.258,82€ ΦΠΑ 24% 34.761,34€ 14.020,78€ 48.782,12€ ΤΕΛΙΚΟ ΣΥΝΟΛΟ 179.600,26€ 72.440,68€ 252.040,94€ Προσφορές που υποβάλλονται για μέρος των ζητούμενων ειδών της εκάστοτε ομάδας απορρίπτονται ως απαράδεκτες. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο τη πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, βάσει τιμής (χαμηλότερη τιμή) ανά ομάδα ειδών.
