Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάπτυξη και η θέση σε λειτουργία ενός σύγχρονου Κεντρικού Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος (ΚΠΣ) της Ρυθμιστικής Αρχής Αποβλήτων, Ενέργειας και Υδάτων (ΡΑΑΕΥ) για τον Κλάδο των Υδάτων, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Ν.5037/2023. Το ΚΠΣ θα αποτελέσει βασικό εργαλείο για την αποτελεσματική άσκηση εποπτείας και την αξιολόγηση της διαχειριστικής επάρκειας των Παρόχων Ύδατος, ενισχύοντας τη διαφάνεια και διασφαλίζοντας υψηλά πρότυπα ποιότητας στη διαχείριση των υδάτινων πόρων σε εθνικό επίπεδο.
