Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση αυτόματου συστήματος πυρανίχνευσης στις δενδρόφυτες περιαστικές περιοχές για την έγκαιρη ανίχνευση των στοιχείων της φωτιάς και την πρόληψη επέκτασης της σε πυρκαγιά και αφορά την κάλυψη του βορείου τομέα της Έδεσσας στην ¨Περιοχή Σταθμού¨ από την οποία εκτιμάται ότι μπορεί να κινδυνεύσει η πόλη από φωτιά απόστασης σε πλάτος όδευσης 1.100 μέτρα και θα ξεκινά από σημείο βόρεια του πάρκου της Νίκης και θα καταλήγει βόρεια της διασταυρώσεως Λεωφόρου Νίκης και Αναλήψεως (Αναπαύσεως).
