The RM of Loreburn No. 254 is accepting sealed tenders for the hauling and stockpiling of gravel from the municipal gravel stockpile located at SE 8-28-28 W2 to the stockpile located at NW 23-28-05 W3. 15,000 cubic yards of aggregate 36 mile loaded haul To be completed by March 1, 2027

Items to be submitted with tenders:

Letter of good standing with Sask WCB Proof of liability insurance, min. $2 million Bid Bond or certified cheque for 5% of total tender value 3 references List of Equipment proposed for haul and stockpile; required equipment: Payloader with scale Sealed tender are to be marked "Gravel Stockpile Tender" and be received by 4 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
