Predmet naročila so gradbena dela za vzdrževanje vodovodnega, kanalizacijskega in cestnega omrežja za obdobje treh let. V okviru rednega vzdrževanja omrežja, ki je v upravljanju družbe Vodovod-kanalizacija d.o.o. se pojavljajo dela, ki jih družba zaradi premajhnih lastnih kapacitet oddaja pogodbenim izvajalcem. Pri tem gre tako za načrtovana gradbena dela kot tudi za intervencijske posege ob okvarah na vodovodnem, kanalizacijskem in cestnem omrežju. Naročnik mora zaradi vzdrževanja in obratovanja vodovodnega, kanalizacijskega in cestnega sistema, ki je v njegovem upravljanju opraviti: -dela pri odpravi poškodb in okvar na vodovodnem, kanalizacijskem in cestnem sistemu, -druga dela vezana na vzdrževanje vodovodnega, kanalizacijskega in cestnega sistema.
