Central Electricity Board (CEB) INVITATION FOR BIDS (Authorised under Section 16 of the Public Procurement Act 2006) Global Consultancy Services for the Construction of a New Load Despatch Centre at Cote D'Or

Procurement ref: OAB-CAD-2026-11124 (IFB 11560)

The Central Electricity Board is pleased to invite eligible and qualified International Consultancy Firms or Consultancy firm of Mauritian Nationals or Entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their best proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Global Consultancy Services for the Construction of a new Load Despatch Centre at Cote D'Or. A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at 10.00 hours at Cote D'Or as situated in the site plan. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 05 October 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 05 October 2026as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 07 October 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time). Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 07 October 2026 as from 13.45 hours. Conference Room 3rd Floor (New Building), CEB Office, Royal Road, Curepipe The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
