1. The Rodrigues Regional Assembly, Commission For Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare Consumer Protection and Handicraft is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government e Procurement System for the Procurement For Consultancy Services for projects for the Commission For Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection and handicraft. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the e Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: RRAWOM/IFB/2026/128 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the e Procurement System From 04 September 2026 (Local Time) as from 15 hr 01 up to 18 September 2026 at 11hr 00. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from18 September 2026 at 14 hr 01 till 21 September 2026 up to 11hr00. 5. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on 21 September 2026 as from 11 hrs 01 up to 21 September 2026 at 14 hr 00. Commission for Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection and Handicraft Family Integrated Centre Malabar , Rodrigues The Rodrigues Regional Assembly, Commission for Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection, reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder September 2026
