Lots Lot 1 — Glas-/Rahmenreinigung Behördenzentrum OAK House in Wiesbaden: Durchführung der Glas-/Rahmen- sowie Innenglasreinigung für das Objekt Objekt Behördenzentrum OAK House, Dostojewskistraße 4, 65187 Wiesbaden - in Zuständigkeit des LBIH, Niederlassung West. Innen- und Außenreinigung der Glasflächen sowie der Rahmen, Beschläge, Falze, Wetterschenkel und Innenfensterbänke 1x jährlich jeweils im April/Mai (lichtes Rohbaumaß gesamt: ca. 12.553,25 m²; davon sind ca. 3.186,92 m² der Fassadenelemente lediglich von innen zu reinigen). Des Weiteren beidseitige Reinigung von Innenglasflächen inkl. Rahmen 1x jährlich jeweils im April/Mai (lichtes Rohbaumaß gesamt: ca. 1.822,13 m²). Lichtes Rohbaumaß insgesamt: ca. 14.375,38 m². Innen- und Außenreinigung der Glasflächensowie der Innenfensterbänke 1x jährlich jeweils im September/Oktober (lichtes Rohbaumaß gesamt: ca. 9.366,33 m².
