Lots Lot 1 — Los 11 Raumlufttechnische Anlagen: Das Gebäude ist zweigeschossig mit Teilunterkellerung, Gebäudegrundfläche ca. 65,5 m x 24 m (ca. 3668 m² BGF), Gebäudehöhe ab OKFF ca. 10 m. Vorgesehen sind insgesamt fünf eigenständige Lüftungsanlagen für den Mensa-Speisesaal, die Mensaküche, das Archiv im Kellergeschoss, die WC-, Dusch- und Kellerbereiche sowie die Schul- bzw. Lehrküche. Auszuführen sind die jeweiligen Be- und Entlüftungsanlagen einschließlich Luftkanälen, Luftdurchlässen, Schalldämpfern, Volumenstromreglern, Brandschutzkomponenten, Dämmungen und Regelungstechnik. Die Anlagen für Speisesaal, Mensaküche und Archiv erhalten zusätzlich integrierte Split-Kälteanlagen zur thermischen Konditionierung der Zuluft. Das Archiv wird als eigenständiger Bereich mit Vollklimatisierung ausgeführt, einschließlich der erforderlichen Temperatur- und gegebenenfalls Feuchteregelung. Sämtliche Anlagen sind einschließlich der erforderlichen Steuerungs-, Überwachungs- und Gebäudeautomationsschnittstellen vollständig betriebsfertig herzustellen. Die erforderlichen elektrischen Anschlüsse und Meldeschnittstellen sind gewerkeübergreifend mit Elektro- und den Gewerke Sanitär- und Heizungstechnik abzustimmen. Alle nötigen Steuerungsanlagen werden durch die MSR-Technik des Loses „Lüftungsinstallation“ bereitgestellt.
