Lots Lot 1 — Los 09 - Sanitäranlagen: Projektbeschreibung – Sanitärinstallation Das Gebäude ist zweigeschossig mit Teilunterkellerung, Gebäudegrundfläche ca. 65,5 m x 24 m (ca. 3668 m² BGF), Gebäudehöhe ab OKFF ca. 10 m. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Trinkwasserversorgung, Schmutzwasserentwässerung, Sanitärobjekte und Sanitärausstattung. Die Trinkwasserversorgung erfolgt über einen Hausanschluss DN 50 und wird mit einer Druckerhöhungsanlage sowie einer Enthärtungsanlage ausgestattet. Das Trinkwassernetz wird als zusammenhängendes System mit automatisierten Armaturen und zentral vernetzten Hygienespülstationen gemäß den Anforderungen der Trinkwasserhygiene ausgeführt. Die Außenzapfstellen erhalten ein getrenntes Brauchwassernetz mit FK5-Trennstation. Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt über insgesamt zwei Speicher. Die Schmutzwasserentwässerung umfasst unter anderem einen Fettabscheider mit den zugehörigen Anschluss- und Hebeanlagen. Für besondere Bereiche sind doppelwandige Edelstahlleitungen bzw. Gussleitungen vorgesehen. Die Sanitärausstattung ist in Standardausführung vorgesehen. Die erforderlichen elektrischen Anschlüsse und Meldeschnittstellen sind gewerkeübergreifend mit Elektro- und Lüftungstechnik abzustimmen.
