Lots Lot 1 — Heizung und Sanitär / Projekt Umbau Stadthof: Die Stadt Hanau als Bauherr vertreten durch die "Bauprojekt Hanau GmbH" beabsichtigt im Zentrum der Stadt Hanau das als etwa hälftigen Teil einer Blockrandbebauung 1957 errichtete ehemalige Kaufhofgebäude zu revitalisieren. In der ersten Bauphase (Bauphase 01) wird zunächst das gesamte Untergeschoss saniert. Hierbei wird unter anderem eine neue Haustechnikzentrale errichtet, welche die künftig sanierten Bereiche versorgt. Zudem erfolgt der Ausbau der Mietflächen für den neuen Mieter, der die Flächen im Untergeschoss beziehen wird. Vom Erdgeschoss bis in die Obergeschosse wird ein neuer Technikschacht hergestellt und bereits vollumfänglich mit allen erforderlichen Leitungen vorgerüstet, um den Anschluss für nachfolgende Sanierungsphasen der oberen Geschosse zu gewährleisten. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Beschaffung sind Leistungen der Anlagengruppe Heizung und Sanitärarbeiten im Zuge der o.g. Baumaßnahme. Im speziellen handelt es sich um die Erstellung und der Umbau von Wärmeerzeugungsanlagen, Wärmeverteilnetzen und Raumheizflächen; weiterhin die Erstellung und der Umbau von Regen- und Schmutzwasseranlagen, Trinkwasseranlagen sowie damit einhergehender Stemm-, Schlitz- und Bohrarbeiten.
