Einbau von Förderanlagen (Aufzüge und Rolltreppen) in das Gebäude des Stadthofes Hanau

Lots Lot 1 — Förderanlagen / Projekt Umbau Stadthof: Im Zentrum der Stadt Hanau befindet sich das 1957 errichtete (Laden-) Gebäude des Warenhauskonzerns Galeria S.à r.l. & Co. KG (ehemals Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof GmbH), das nach deren Nutzungsaufgabe im Eigentum der Stadt Hanau steht und von ihr zum "Stadthof Hanau" fortentwickelt werden soll. In dem Gebäude sollen Ladengeschäfte, Gastronomie, Ausstellungs- und Aufenthaltsflächen sowie Büros untergebracht werden. Daher beabsichtigt der Auftraggeber, das Gebäude des Stadthofes Hanau zu modernisieren und zu revitalisieren und zu diesem Zweck die erforderlichen Baumaßnahmen durchzuführen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe eines Vertrages über den Einbau von Förderanlagen (Aufzüge und Rolltreppen) in das Gebäude des Stadthofes Hanau (nachfolgend "Leistungen"). Diese bilden die einen Teil der erforderlichen Gewerke zur Modernisierung und Revitalisierung des Stadthofes Hanau. [SH2.1] Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus dem Leistungsverzeichnis (Nr. 8 der Vergabeunterlagen). Grundlage der Leistungserbringung sind das Leistungsverzeichnis (Nr. 8 der Vergabeunterlagen), die Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen (Nr. 9 der Vergabeunterlagen) und die Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB),Teil B: Allgemeine Vertragsbedingungen für die Ausführung von Bauleistungen in der jeweils gültigen Fassung. Mit dem Vergabeverfahren soll ein fachkundiger und leistungsfähiger (geeigneter) Auftragnehmer ausgewählt werden, der die verfahrensgegenständlichen Leistungen wirtschaftlich, ordnungsgemäß und termingerecht erbringt.
