Lüftungs- und Kältetechnik Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen.

Lots Lot 1 — 26E30391 - HZA ZFA Nordhorn; Neubau HZA ZFA Nordhorn; Lüftungs- und Kältetechnik: Zentrale Zu- und Abluftanlage zur Dachaufstellung mit einer Luftleistung von ca. 16.900 m³/h, ausgestattet mit Wärmerückgewinnung, Luftfilterung, Heizregister sowie Zu- und Abluftventilatoren. Die Anlage versorgt Büros sowie innenliegende Aufenthalts-, Besprechungs-, Technik-, Lager- und Sanitärbereiche. Luftverteilungsnetz bestehend aus ca. 2.400 m² rechteckigen und runden Luftkanälen sowie mehreren hundert Metern Wickelfalzrohr für Zu-, Abluft-, Außenluft- und Fortluftleitungen. Einschließlich der Lieferung und Montage von Schalldämpfern, Volumenstromreglern, Brandschutzklappen, Wetterschutzgittern, Revisions- und Wartungsöffnungen sowie Deckenauslässen, Luftventilen und Sonderauslässen. Zentrale Kaltwasseranlage zur Kühlung von ELT-/DV-, Server- und Funktionsräumen mit einer auf dem Dach angeordneten Luft-Wasser-Kältemaschine (Kälteleistung ca. 38 kW). Zur Zentrale gehören ein 1.000-l-Kältespeicher, Plattenwärmetauscher, Pumpengruppen, Verteileranlagen, Ausdehnungsgefäße und Sicherheitseinrichtungen. Die Anbindung erfolgt über ein Kaltwassernetz mit rund 750 m Rohrleitungen aus Edelstahl und Stahl. Raumklimatisierung über wassergeführte Wand- und Deckengeräte in Besprechungsräumen, Büros, Sozialbereichen und Funktionsflächen. Für Server- und Technikräume werden Präzisionsklimaschränke als Split-Kälteanlagen installiert, deren Außeneinheiten auf dem Dach aufgestellt und über Kältemittelleitungen mit den Innengeräten verbunden werden.
