Sanitär- und Heizungstechnik Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen.

Lots Lot 1 — 26E30390 - HZA ZFA Nordhorn, Neubau HZA ZFA Nordhorn, Sanitär- und Heizungstechnik: KG 410 - Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen Installation von ca. 875 m Trinkwasserleitungen (DN 15-40) mit Hygienespülungen, Strömungsteilern und Sicherheitstrennstation. Warmwasserbereitung dezentral (E-Durchlauferhitzer) und zentral (1.000-l-Speicher). Schmutzwasserentsorgung über ca. 475 m schallgedämmte PP-Rohre (DN/OD 32-160) inkl. fäkalienfreien Hebeanlagen, Abläufen und Dachentlüftungen. Regenwasser-Unterdruckentwässerung aus PE-HD mit ca. 130 m Druckleitungen und Dachabläufen. Montage von ca. 36 Waschplätzen, 26 WCs, 8 Urinalen, 10 Duschen, 4 Ausgussbecken (teilw. barrierefrei). KG 420 - Wärmeversorgungsanlagen Errichtung von zwei Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen (je 80 kW, R290) in schallgedämmten Dacheinhausungen. Heizkreisauslegung 45/40 °C mit 2.500-l-Pufferspeicher, 160-kW-Plattenwärmetauscher, Druckhaltung, Vakuumentgasung und Hocheffizienzpumpen. Wärmeverteilnetz aus ca. 4.300 m Edelstahl- und Stahlrohrleitungen (DN 15-65) nebst zentralen Heizkreisverteilern und Regelarmaturen. Die Wärmeabgabe erfolgt überwiegend über ca. 445 Heizkörper und Röhrenradiatoren unterschiedlicher Baugrößen sowie über eine Fußbodenheizung mit rund 230 m² beheizter Fläche. Zusätzlich werden Heizregister von raumlufttechnischen Anlagen eingebunden.
