Details

Das Kinderhaus besteht aus 2 Bauteilen. Einem massiven Bestandsbau (UG, EG und OG) und einem Erweiterungsteil (EG und OG), welcher als Holzbau auf einer Betonbodenplatte erstellt wird. Es kommen auf allen Flächen Schnellzementestriche auf Dämmung zur Ausführung. Die Wandoberflächen sind neu verputzt bzw. aus GK-Platten hergestellt. Im EG des Altbaus befindet sich die Küche welche Bodenfliesen, R11 (ca. 60 m²) mit Hohlkehlsockel (ca. 60 m) sowie Wandfliesen (ca. 180 m²), raumhoch, erhält. Ebenfalls im EG des Altbaus sowie in dessen OG und im EG des Neubaus befinden sich die Toiletten, welche Bodenfliesen, R10 (ca. 82 m²) und Wandfliesen (ca. 165 m²) bis 150cm Höhe, in Duschen raumhoch, erhalten. Im Treppenhaus des Altbaus sind Flächen (ca. 10 m²) und Sockel und Stufensockel (ca. 70 m) aus Sollnhofer Naturstein zu ergänzen.
