Die Gesamtmaßnahme gliedert sich in drei Bauabschnitte. Eine Durchführung aller Arbeiten in einem einzigen Ablauf ist nicht möglich. Die Bauarbeiten teilen sich auf in den Neubau des Schulhauses, den Neubau der Mensa sowie den Umbau und die Sanierung des bestehenden Schulgebäudes.

Lots Lot 1 — Erweiterung Heinrich-Neuy-Schule - hier: Rohbauarbeiten: Durch den AN sind für den Umbau und für die Erweiterung die - Baustelleneinrichtung, - Erdarbeiten, - Betonarbeiten, - Gerüstarbeiten, - Maurerarbeiten, - Abbrucharbeiten zu erbringen. Neubau Schulhaus Die folgenden BGF bzw. Geschosshöhen werden errichtet: - Erdgeschoss ca. 550 m² - 1. Obergeschoss ca. 550 m² - 2. Obergeschoss ca. 500 m² - Dachfläche ca. 700 m² - Erdgeschoss Geschosshöhe ca. 3,50 m - 1. Obergeschoss Geschosshöhe ca. 3,50 m Neubau Mensa Die folgenden BGF bzw. Geschosshöhen werden errichtet: - Erdgeschoss ca. 400 m² - Dachfläche ca. 400 m² - Erdgeschoss Geschosshöhe ca. 3,30 m Das Gebäude des Neubaus hat ein Kreuzdach / Satteldach, der Neubau der Mensa hat ein Flachdach, angrenzend an ein bestehendes Pultdach. Die Sohle des Erdgeschosses wird aus WU-Beton hergestellt.
