Die ausgeschriebenen Lizenzrechte müssen mit der bestehenden Citrix-Infrastruktur kompatibel sein und dem bestehenden Citrix Customer Account des Auftraggebers zugeordnet werden. Andere Herstellerprodukte und Nebenangebote sind ausgeschlossen. Pos. Produkt / Leistungsgegenstand Menge Start Ende 1 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud - Extension: 2.000 Stück (01.01.2027 bis 03.03.2030) 2 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud - Conversion: 343 Stück (04.03.2027 bis 03.03.2030) Die Produktbezeichnungen sind entsprechend dem Herstellerportfolio anzubieten. Sofern der Hersteller bis zum Zuschlag eine reine Umbenennung ohne Änderung des ausgeschriebenen Leistungs- und Nutzungsumfangs vornimmt, ist dies im Angebot transparent nachzuweisen. Eine inhaltlich abweichende Produktedition ist nicht zugelassen.

Lots Lot 1 — Citrix-Lizenzen: Zwingende Produkt- und Lieferanforderungen: 1. Ausschließlich originale, neue und vom Hersteller freigegebene Citrix-Subskriptionen aus autorisierten Vertriebswegen. 2. Vollständige Zuordnung aller Lizenzen, Nutzungsrechte sowie herstellerseitigen Wartungs- und Supportansprüche zum bestehenden Citrix Customer Account des Auftraggebers. 3. Uneingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit der Rechte während der jeweils angegebenen Laufzeit. Die jährliche Abrechnung darf zu keiner Unterbrechung, Staffelung oder Einschränkung der Lizenz-, Update-, Wartungs- oder Supportberechtigungen führen. 4. Bereitstellung eines nachvollziehbaren elektronischen Lizenz- bzw. Subscription-Nachweises mit Produkt, Menge, Start- und Enddatum sowie Kundenzuordnung. 5. Leistungserbringung in deutscher Sprache; Herstellerunterlagen dürfen zusätzlich in englischer Sprache bereitgestellt werden.
