Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Bereitstellung, der Betrieb und die Pflege eines Social-Media Content-Management-Tools (SMCMT) als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sowie ein damit in Zusammenhang stehender technischer Support. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere - die Bereitstellung einer zentral administrierbaren, browserbasierten Anwendung zur Verwaltung von Social-Media-Kanälen. Für die Nutzung der Kernfunktionen darf keine Installation zusätzlicher Software auf den Arbeitsplatzrechnern des Auftraggebers (AG) erforderlich sein. Die Anwendung muss mit aktuellen, durch den AG freigegebenen Versionen marktüblicher Browser betrieben wer-den können, - die Bereitstellung von Administrationszugängen zur Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie der Anbindung von Social-Media-Konten, - die Bereitstellung der in den Anforderungen beschriebenen softwarespezifischen Funktionen und Kontingente, - technische Wartung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der bereitgestellten Software. Sicherheitsupdates, Fehlerbehebungen und erforderliche Aktualisierungen der SaaS-Lösung sind Bestandteil der vereinbarten Leistung, - Erbringung von Supportleistungen einschließlich Störungsbearbeitung gemäß vereinbarten Service-Level-Agreements (SLA).
