Implementierung einer elektronischen Zeiterfassung in SAP.

Lots Lot 1 — SAP Implementierung elektr. Zeiterfassung: Im Zuge der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung soll eine zentrale elektronische Zeiterfassung eingeführt werden. Diese soll es den rund 8.000 Mitarbeitenden aus Technik, Verwaltung und Wis-senschaft ermöglichen, tägliche Arbeitszeiten, Abwesenheiten - z. B. Krankheitstage, Urlaubstage - sowie projektbezogene Arbeitszeiten (Projektzeiten) digital an einem Ort zu erfassen und verwalten. Dies soll nicht nur der Reduzierung administrativer Aufwände dienen, wie z. B. bei der Beantragung und Genehmigung von Abwesenheiten, sondern auch eine erhöhte Transparenz und Rechtssicherheit schaffen.
