Die München Klinik beabsichtigt die Vergabe eines direkten Beschaffungsvertrages über die Lieferung von corebasierten Subscription-Lizenzen für VMware vSphere Foundation.

Lots Lot 1 — VMware Servervirtualisierung: Die zentrale Servervirtualisierung der München Klinik basiert auf VMware vSphere. Die Lizenzierung erfolgte bislang über ein Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) im Academic-Modell, das am 21.01.2027 ausläuft. Der Hersteller Broadcom stellt das Academic-Lizenzmodell sowie die bisherige sockelbasierte Lizenzierung ein; eine Anschlusslizenzierung ist ausschließlich im corebasierten Subscription-Modell möglich. Ziel der Beschaffung ist die unterbrechungsfreie Fortführung des produktiven Betriebs der bestehenden VMware-Umgebung - ohne Wechsel der Virtualisierungsplattform und ohne Erweiterung des bisherigen Funktionsumfangs. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Beschaffung und Bereitstellung einer core-basierten Subscription-Lizenzierung für die zentrale Servervirtualisierung der München Klinik auf Basis von VMware vSphere. Der Auftragnehmer fungiert als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Lizenzbelieferung und stellt die unterbrechungsfreie Verfügbarkeit der Subscription-Lizenzierung für die bestehende VMware Umgebung sicher. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: - Bereitstellung von Subscription-Lizenzen für VMware vSphere Foundation für die in Ziffer 3.2 a) genannte Gesamtzahl von 1.472 Cores - Bereitstellung der zugehörigen vSAN-Lizenzierung im Rahmen des Foundation-Entitlements für die sechs dezentralen Cluster (108 TB Bedarf) - 24/7 Production Support für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit - Bereitstellung aller Lizenzschlüssel, Downloads und Entitlements über das Hersteller-/Reseller-Portal - Benennung einer deutschsprachigen Kontaktperson; die vertragliche Regelung erfolgt über Nummer 11 des EVB-IT-Überlassungsvertrags (Anlage 6). Nicht Gegenstand der Leistung sind Hardwarebeschaffung, Migrations- oder Implementierungsdienstleistungen sowie PSO-Credits, sowie Neukauf oder Upgrade zusätzlicher Produktpakete (z.B. NSX, Cloud Foundation). Der 24/7 Production Support nach Ziffer 3.2 f) ist hiervon nicht erfasst; er gehört zum Leistungsumfang.
