Details

Die Stadt Troisdorf (Bundesland Nordrhein-Westfalen) hat einen EA-Vertrag für die Beschaffung und Nutzung von Microsoft-Lizenzen abgeschlossen, der zum 31.12.2026 ausläuft. Um eine lückenlose Fortführung der SA für die lizensierten Produkte ab dem 01.01.2027 zu gewährleisten und zusätzliche Microsoft-Lizenzen erwerben zu können, ist der Abschluss einen neuen EA-Vertrages mit einem Microsoft-Handelspartner (LSP) erforderlich. Die Einzelaufträge im Rahmen des neuen EA werden von der Stadt Troisdorf für ihren eigenen Bedarf vergeben. Als Kommune ist die Stadt Troisdorf berechtigt, einem EA-Vertrag zu den Konditionen des BMI beizutreten.

Lots Lot 1 — Microsoft Software Lizenzen im Rahmen eines Enterprise Agreement (EA) Vertrages: Die Stadt Troisdorf hat Ende 2023 einen EA-Vertrag mit einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren, sowie einer vom Hersteller eingeräumten Verlängerungsoption um ein weiteres Jahr für die Nutzung von Microsoft-Produkten abgeschlossen. Da beabsichtigt ist, die Verlängerungsoption nicht in Anspruch zu nehmen, endet der Vertrag zum 31.12.2026. Im Vorfeld der Ausschreibung wurden die vorhandenen Microsoft-Lizenzen und die IT-Infrastruktur der Stadt Troisdorf überprüft und der bestehende sowie zukünftige Bedarf ermittelt. Es ist notwendig, die bestehenden Software Assurance-Leistungen für die einzelnen Microsoft-Produkte des bisherigen EA-Vertrages fortzusetzen und zudem Lizenzen mit Software Assurance mit Beginn der Laufzeit des neuen Vertrages zu erwerben.
