Lots Lot 1 — LB 000 - Baustelleneinrichtung BA1, Errichtung GU - Pirschheide, 14471 Potsdam: Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Baustelleneinrichtung einschließlich der Herstellung und Sicherung einer temporären Baustellenzufahrt für den Neubau zweigeschossiger Container-Ersatzbauten als Notunterkunft für Geflüchtete am Standort "An der Pirschheide 13" in Potsdam-West. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Einrichtung, Sicherung und Räumung der Baustelle, Bauzaun- und Sichtschutzanlagen, Verkehrssicherung sowie erforderliche Vorarbeiten einschließlich Beweissicherung, Rodungs- und Schutzmaßnahmen, Umsetzung einer Straßenleuchte, Sicherung eines Schaltschrankes und Herstellung einer provisorischen Überfahrt. Weiterhin sind die Herstellung einer tragfähigen Baustellenzufahrt und eines Kranstellplatzes einschließlich Abbruch-, Erd- und Verdichtungsarbeiten, Bodenaustausch, Geotextil-Trennlagen sowie Frostschutz- und Schottertragschichten auszuführen. Bestandteil der Leistung sind zudem der Ausbau eines vorhandenen Flüssiggastanks einschließlich Baugrubenherstellung, Verfüllung und Verladung sowie die Demontage eines Schmutzwasser-Absaugstutzens. Ergänzend umfasst die Ausschreibung die Herstellung von Zuwegungen mit ungebundenen Tragschichten, Betonpflaster und Bordanlagen sowie das Versetzen eines vorhandenen Fahrradständers und einer Briefkastenanlage. Die Bauausführung erfolgt in zwei Bauabschnitten bei laufendem Betrieb. Die Ver- und Entsorgung, Medienanschlüsse, Zugänglichkeit für Nutzer, Rettungskräfte und Lieferverkehr sowie erforderliche Maßnahmen zum Lärm-, Staub- und Verkehrsschutz sind während der gesamten Bauzeit sicherzustellen. Aufgrund einer Bahnunterführung mit begrenzter Durchfahrtsbreite und Durchfahrtshöhe sowie beengter Rangierverhältnisse sind die Baustellenlogistik, Anlieferungen und Transporte besonders zu berücksichtigen.
