Rahmenverträge zur Bereitstellung und zum Betrieb einer Awareness-Plattform nebst ergänzender Dienstleistungen

Lots Lot 1 — Awareness-Plattform: Das Land Saarland und der Zweckverband Elektronische Verwaltung im Saarland (eGo-Saar) beabsichtigen, Rahmenverträge zur Bereitstellung und zum Betrieb einer Awareness-Plattform nebst ergänzender Dienstleistungen zu vergeben. Die Awareness-Plattform dient dazu, Mitarbeiter für das Thema Informationssicherheit und die Gefahren externer Cyber-Angriffe verstärkt zu sensibilisieren. Die Plattform soll aus den Modulen E-Learnings und Phishingsimulation bestehen und als SaaS-Lösung bereitgestellt werden. Mittels dazugehörenden Reportings/Analytics, sollen datengesteuert zielgruppengerechte Maßnahmen durchgeführt und deren Erfolg gemessen werden. Das Vergabeverfahren wird durch das IT-Dienstleistungszentrum des Saarlandes (IT-DLZ) für beide Auftraggeber durchgeführt.
