Lots Lot 1 — Sicherheitsdienstleistungen: Die Fortführung einer Beauftragung eines Sicherheitsdienstleisters ab dem 04.02.2027 ist zwingend notwendig, um den sicheren und reibungslosen Betrieb unseres Klinikums zu gewährleisten. Dies gilt insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund unserer Verantwortung als Betreiber einer KRITIS-Infrastruktur. Die wesentlichen Anforderungen an Personal, Besetzung, Reaktionszeiten, Kontrollleistungen, Interventionsleistungen, Dokumentation, Kommunikation, Qualitätssicherung und sonstige Leistungsbestandteile werden in der Leistungsbeschreibung verbindlich festgelegt. Damit besteht kein Erfordernis, die konkrete Leistungserbringung erst im Rahmen von Verhandlungen mit den Bietern zu entwickeln. Durch die Veröffentlichung einer vollständigen Leistungsbeschreibung, eindeutiger Mindestanforderungen, eines einheitlichen Preisblattes und transparenter Zuschlagskriterien werden für alle interessierten Unternehmen grundsätzlich identische Ausgangsbedingungen geschaffen. Die Angebote werden anhand vorab bekannt gemachter Kriterien bewertet.
