Lieferleistung für die Herzchirurgie (HCH)
Lots Lot 1 — Herz-Lungen-Maschinen mit Hypothermiegerät: Die UMG (Greifswald/Karlsburg) beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von vier (4) Herz-Lungen-Maschinen (HLM) sowie zwei (2) Heater-Cooler-Units (HCU) einschließlich Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung des Anwenderpersonals, Integration in den klinischen Betrieb sowie der zur Aufrechterhaltung eines sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs erforderlichen Service- und Wartungsleistungen. Die Beschaffung dient der langfristigen Sicherstellung der herzchirurgischen Versorgung im Rahmen eines hochspezialisierten klinischen Leistungsbereichs. Die Systeme werden während komplexer kardiochirurgischer Eingriffe eingesetzt und stellen sicherheitsrelevante Medizinprodukte im Sinne der Verordnung (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) dar. Die UMG als Auftraggeber ist verpflichtet, eine dauerhaft sichere, wirtschaftliche und funktionsfähige medizinische Infrastruktur bereitzustellen. Hierbei sind neben den Investitionskosten insbesondere die Anforderungen an Patientensicherheit, Betriebssicherheit, Interoperabilität, Wartbarkeit, Ersatzteilversorgung sowie die Lebenszykluskosten zu berücksichtigen.
