Die Baustelle liegt im Berliner Bezirk Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, am Ende der Sackgasse Trebbiner Str. als öffentliche Zufahrt zum Technikmuseum, auf dem Gelände des 'Deutschen Technikmuseums Berlin'. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: Sanitär: Die gesamte Gebäudetechnik des Gebäudeteils Altbau soll erneuert werden. Vorgesehen ist der Austausch der gesamten Sanitärinstallation im Gebäude (Altbau), ausgenommen hiervon ist die Sanitäranlage, die für die Versorgung des Restaurants ist. Vereinzelte Bereiche bleiben aufgrund der Zugänglichkeit oder Zuordnung im Altbestand. Heizung: In den WC-Bereichen werden die vorhandenen Gussröhrenraidatoren durch moderne Plattenheizkörper ersetzt, inkl. Austausch der Heizkörperventile. Die Rohranschlüsse werden angepasst. Im UG wird eine autom. Nachspeiseeinrichtung für den Altbaubereich installiert. Im 5.OG wird eine Heizungstrasse umverlegt. In den Lüftungszentralen werden die Heizkreise für die Lüftungsanlage erneuert und an die neuen Heizregister angeschlossen. Diverse Brandschutzmängel werden behoben.
