Lots Lot 1 — I02 - Mod. Fenster/Türen Fassade - Gewerk: Dachabdichtungsarbeiten I02: Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die energetische Dachsanierung des Gebäudes I02 der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover (MHH). Der Leistungsumfang umfasst folgende Arbeiten: - **Planungsleistungen:** Erstellung der erforderlichen Planungen und Berechnungen, insbesondere für die Gefälledämmung, Attika und Sicherungssysteme sowie die Blitzschutzanlage. - **Abbrucharbeiten:** Rückbau der bestehenden Dachaufbauten einschließlich Dampfsperre, Schaumglasdämmung, Bitumenabdichtung und Kiesauflage sowie Ausbau vorhandener Einbauteile und Metallabdeckungen. - **Dachabdichtungsarbeiten:** Herstellung des neuen Dachaufbaus mit Dampfsperre, Wärmedämmung und EPDM-Abdichtung einschließlich der erforderlichen Anschlüsse. - **Einbau- und Klempnerarbeiten:** Erneuerung der Lichtkuppeln und Flachdachabläufe, Herstellung von Notabläufen sowie Erneuerung der Attikaabdeckungen. - **Sicherungs- und Blitzschutzarbeiten:** Herstellung der Sekuranten und Erneuerung der Blitzschutzanlage. Die bereits sanierten Dachflächen bleiben von den Arbeiten unberührt; ausgenommen hiervon sind die Attikaabdeckungen. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise bei laufendem Lehrbetrieb unter Einhaltung der technischen, hygienischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen der MHH.
