Lots Lot 1 — HS der Sächs. Polizei (FH) Bautzen-Sporthalle, Trainingszentrum, Sportplatz: Der Freistaat Sachsen, vertreten durch den Staatsbetrieb Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement (SIB), plant am Standort Bautzen aufgrund einer steigenden Anzahl an Studierenden und Fortbildungsteilnehmern und den steigenden Anforderungen an die Ausbildung die Neuordnung der Hochschule der Sächsischen Polizei (FH). Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind Herstellung und Einbau einer Flachdachdecke in Holzkonstruktion, als Systemdecke aus Hohlkastenelementen im Bereich über der Zweifeld-Sporthalle. Die Auflagerung erfolgt auf bauseitigen Spannbettbindern, die Befestigung an Attika und Wänden ist mittels Stahlwinkeln herzustellen. Die Holzdecke muss u.a. Anforderungen an Brand- und Schallschutz erfüllen. Brutto Grundfläche (BGF): ca. 6.514 m² (SH: 2.200 m², TZ: 4.314 m²) Attikahöhe: ca. 11,40 m Zimmerarbeiten - Sporthalle 1012 m² Flachdach-Flächenelemente aus Vollholzlamellen, Fichte, h=280mm 240 m Statikverstärkung, Hohlraumausfüllung 135 m Winkelstahl-Profil, feuerverzinkt 1012 m² Oberflächenbehandlung Lichtschutz, Holzlasur 900 m² Akustik-Lochung 1012 m² Absorberplatte 60 mm für REI 30 456 m Elektroinstallationsrohr Stahl bandverzinkt AD 25 mm 30 St Geräteverbindungsdosen 180 St Wand- und Deckenübergang 90° für Elektroinstallationsrohre
